Wow. What a jam packed episode. It was nice to get a peek into your life and your approach to cooking. Now I know what Iβm making on the weekend, Dutch Baby! ππ½ππ½ππ½
I love the grocery store segment -- especially when you're talking about all the different kinds of incense and their purported properties. Also the way the shot is done, showing the different products for each religion on the shelves. Great also hearing you describe growing up in a bi-cultural North Indian/Hindu and Goan/ Christian family! ( I wanted to hear more about what you ate growing up and who controlled the food at home :)
this is so exciting. India sweets and spices was where I bought my very first Indian groceries, and tools when I was learning to cook Indian 32 yrs ago. I cannot wait to see this!
