Nik, I’m looking for a recipe for pav bhaji masala spice mix - although if you have a definitive recipe for the dish, I’ll take it :). The store bought spice mixes are too spicy for my 7 year old foodie. Thanks for helping a girl out!

Love the look and sound of sambal chicken and the black rice caught my eye so putting that on our menu for later this week. A bit sick of my usual chicken recipes so this will be fun for the family.
